Arizona AFO, Inc. takes pride in its workmanship and strives to manufacture its ankle braces to the highest possible standards. Accordingly, Arizona AFO,Inc. offers the following limited warranty on its braces.
Any breakage of the plastic portion of the brace for up to one year. Any defect in the workmanship or durability of the consumable portion of the brace, (straps, Velcro, laces, leather) for up to ninety days.
During the warranty period, if the brace is found to be defective, in material or workmanship, we will replace or repair at our option.
Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse.
Braces that have been altered or repaired by someone other than Arizona AFO or our authorized facility.
Warranty coverage to anyone other than the original customer, effective from the shipping date from Arizona AFO.
Any repairs or replacements that would exceed the original cost of the brace, including but not limited to any special or consequential damage caused by the use or inability to use this product. This holds true, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based. Any other warranties other than those described or listed above or from any person or entity other than Arizona AFO, Inc. whether implied or otherwise, shall not be binding on Arizona AFO, Inc.
